Read entire story please be careful 🧐 Positive: My family and I have been traveling to Florida 6 times last year alone so when I write a review I try to wait till end to give a fair rating.... the kids and my husband loved the heated pool that was a tge ONLY THING I LIKE ABOUT THE HOUSE ... frankly I should had read all the problems with sweet vacation rentals.. Negative: 1st problem the hallway lights are burned out and impossible to reach to put a damn light bulb in. We arrived at 11pm and couldn't see nothing... 2nd problem when traveling with large families i expect the tvs to actually work with something 🙄 the hdmi on TV dont hook up video game systems.. the smart tvs have smart apps like prime already on the 2 of 5 tvs work however trying to watch TV in all the bedroom on the 1st floor was impossible 😳. 3rd They say no pets however I found dog old shit in the game room. 4th the dishwasher work when it wants to work 5th the 100000000000 RULES ARE BULLSHIT 6th NONE OF THE KITCHEN OUTLETS WORK EXCEPT ONE NEXT TO THE FRIDGE ....INSANE 7th the front gate security is nicely done for appreence however my daughter lives in Clermont and she was listed on our guest list approval but she wasn't allowed to come back after 830pm if she wasn't on the list this happened 5 nights of the 6 nights we stayed it seems simple enough to make a fucking app to help ease the security gate bc sending texts thru messages on phone w the owner was IMPOSSIBLE WE WONT EVER RENT FROM MANAGEMENT AGAIN

Positive: Worst place ever. Negative: We didn't feel safe due to a strong smell of gas or gasoline inside the property. We all got headaches due to smell. The manager or home owner still wanted for us to stay. Also, the manager did text and called asking for more money not included in the contract. The manager locked us out by changing the code because I questioned the extra $500.00 dollars she was asking for a deposit. We ended up leaving in the middle of the middle of the night trying to find hotel. The manager agreed to fully refund my money. The next day I received a text that she declined my refund. I don't recommend this property.

Potential to be a nice property but falsely advertised and poorly maintained Positive: Great location near to Disney. The property is spacious. Windsor Hills is a nice area. The kids loved the slides and the main pool. Our youngest son loved the Star Wars bedroom. Negative: The property was falsely advertised. We booked due to the games room, particularly the pool table. When we arrived there was no pool table, the air hockey would not turn on. The dart board had no darts. It also says recently renovated, However the property had significant wear and tear. Many walls were scuffed. It has not been recently renovated. We found numerous issues relating to poor maintenance including holes in the pool fence, poorly constructed pool furniture, broken pool lounger, broken zips on the lounge couch, dog eared carpet, kitchen sockets not working and litter outside the pool fence. The air hockey table was fixed but was in a poor state of repair. The pool jets seemed very lacklustre compared to neighbouring properties. There was a fault with the aircon thermostat for two days, meaning a hot property. I was given incorrect advice and ended up working out how to reset it. There were also some unexpected extra charges for the BBQ, $45 for cleaning. We therefore did not use it. There was also extra charges for pool heating which again we did not use. There were also silly rules about the aircon temperature saying 72 degrees minimum and lower may cause damage. This is clearly nonsense and designed to reduce costs. I had to communicate daily with the property managers and most issues were not resolved whilst we were there. Whilst they were polite and did respond, they were fairly ineffective. We complained on retuning home and did get a small refund, although we got incorrect and inconsistent information about how to do this in the end had to contact booking.com.
