We booked this stay for a quick weekend trip to the parks to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. The booking pro Positive: The location felt very safe. The home was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable, and lovely. Negative: N/A.

Positive: They did reach out about the issues that occurred during our stay. The clubhouse was in walking distant. Negative: It was a hand print on one of the rooms wall. The walls need paint. The pool was very small. I was charged a $100 for an ironing board that was already broken when we tried to use it. $500 deposits for accidental that should be in the booking info.

I don’t recommend Positive: Location Negative: I don’t recommend this house, and here’s why. First, be prepared to find a dirty pool with clear signs of the previous guests. We were extremely disappointed. On top of that, there weren’t even any tools available to clean the water ourselves. Next, get ready to deal with dust *everywhere.* I’ll attach photos of the dust on the walls in the master bedroom on the first floor—it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. That really shocked me. And here’s the kicker: they’ll take a deposit from you and won’t want to give it back. We were accused of not having a working light in one of the bathrooms. The reality? The bulb just burned out. To be clear, there were no damages, but they decided to keep the deposit anyway! My advice to the homeowner: find a new management company.
