We had a great time!!! The games in the garage need to be updated alot were broken. Easy access and comfort unparalleled

It was a beautiful house but a lot of things did not work correctly. The gas stove knobs were not working correctly. We had to use a lighter to start the gas grill. We included the hot tub for an upcharge and I wasn’t hot like a hot tub should be. The A/C was set to low and we were not allowed to adjust the temperature so it was uncomfortable in the house.

The house was beautiful and the kids really enjoyed the pool. We loved how big and comfortable each and everyone of us were super pleased with how spacious the house was. We would definitely book again with them. However, who they use to clean did not do a good job, we had to boil the pots to use them and clean utensils/dishes were still dirty from past stays. The vents were super dirty and the floors were too. Aside from those things we truly enjoyed our stay.

Spacious for our group of 9. The fridge was the highlight of the kitchen. Lots of space with working ice maker. Limited coffee mugs and glasses but very well supplied amount of cutlery and kitchen tools. Handy location as the community pool is right behind so can easily walk to it but unfortunately others do tend to use the side of house as a pathway. Make sure to bring your own towels from home if you want beach or pool towels as these were not provided. Will need to buy all your own cooking supplies including, PAM & salt and pepper. The pool is almost too warm when heated at this time of year during the day but is definitely needed for hot tub at night. We found the pool level quite low and after many messages someone came and the hose was used to add water. Skimmer wasn’t useful since water level was too low so got dirty quickly but raising water level should help with this issue. Nice lounge chairs and privacy bushes. Buy or bring extra dishwasher and washing pods plus garbage bags, coffee filters etc. to get through your stay. The TVs are plentiful but they have no local channels or cable so be prepared to stream your own subscriptions. Appreciated the WiFi. Bought the water park amenities pass and the Lazy River and water park was very nice especially on the less busy days when we could secure a spot. No outside food or drinks allowed. We filled and started the dishwasher and washing machine right before we checked out at 10am sharp. There is a nearby 7-11 and Publix.
