Updated 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 tv in entire house, directly across from a school Positive: I liked the renovated interior. I loved the main kitchen. The location of the house was convenient for shopping and eating. I liked the customer service. The property manager responded in a timely manner. Negative: I didn't like that there are five bedrooms with no televisions in them. I expected a pool from the description which was clearly a generic description for multiple properties because there also was no dishwasher. I wasn't aware the house was located directly across from a school, and I didn't like being awakened by loud music due to the active soccer field directly across the street. I didn't like that there was no bedroom furniture or bathroom storage for personal items.

The house was as promised. There were 5 bedrooms and the beds were decent. There were no dressers of any kind in any of the bedrooms. There was one 2 drawer night stand in each room. No where to put luggage except on the bed. No where to store folding clothes except to leave in the luggage on the floor. There were 3 bathrooms and NONE of them had enough towel racks or hooks for wet towels. With 9 people as we had and bath towels and beach towels there was not enough hanging hooks or towel racks.
