My stay was not as I will have liked it but I had no choice to stay no refund Positive: The closeness of the stores and the accommodation for Place being a mess Negative: Dust on fans and in door panels bugs in the window seals dirty walls dirty pools ice machine didn't work when you cut the water on in the rooms buds came out the pool light didn't work and I was told sorry the house wasn't as clean as I would have liked it but it was checked before my arrival will my picture says otherwise tour the room sheets had white stains in the middle and glitter all over the sheets I washed them personally myself because they was not clean the bed was soft but very squeaky and broken down carpet was severely dirty and so was the stairwell and walls

Terrible Terrible Terrible Positive: The location, Negative: The host came in and wanted to charge a deposit after the contract was signed and refuses to return the money.The host refused to provide the key without a photo being provided. The house was dirty, sheets, trash left in the bathroom, a chair broke as soon as one of the guest sit down and the host are wanting to change us for broken stools that wasn't in the main house but in the garage, which we didn't use or even go into the garage except to look for bbq items.

As soon as we walked in the house the cleaning crew had left a pile of debris that was swept with a broom. Upon inspecting the house we discovered the handle on the sliding glass door was broken. We reached out right then but the handyman showed up the next day. He never returned with a new handle. So the door was very hard to open all weekend to enjoy the pool.
