Casa stupenda peccato …. Positive: La casa era molto bella e curata nei minimi particolari e meritava sicuramente un 10! Il ServizioClienti mi ha sempre risposto subito. Negative: Purtroppo c erano dei vetri vicino alla piscina che anche se ho scritto che c erano, nessuno è venuto a pulire. Abbiamo speso 45$ per il BbQ ma dopo 2 bistecche di carne era finita la bombola del gas e ci hanno comunicato che dovevamo sostituirla noi. La lavastoglie non funzionava la prima sera ma appena li ho avvisati sono venuti a sistemarla. Il deposito di 500 $ è molto alto. Ma per il resto ripeto la casa molto molto bella.

VERY POOR at this property you will struggle to get any issues resolved Positive: The house seemed very nice on arrival Negative: Pool party nearby which went on until 7am. No Wi-Fi for three days. No electricity AT ALL for over 7 hours one day, again meaning no Wi-Fi and we were unable to leave the property, because we had to wait for a handyman. Have now been charged for damage in 2 bedrooms which we did not even use. Disgusting customer service from the landlord and Booking.Com. Games room not useable due to damaged controllers and one game only available for free.

A great and very spacious accommodation in a very new and clean park! Positive: The house was very spacious and having a bathroom for every bedroom was ideal! In terms of items/appliances available we were very pleased as well. A coffeemachine, toaster, large fridge and a gaming console all were welcome additions and added to the overall comfort. Overall the house was clean, tidy and looked fresh and new. The pool was great as well (we were in May and chose to have it heated)! All in all we - a group of 8 people, of which 2 children - had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider another holiday here! Negative: Despite the accommodation being very new, in some places things were broken already. It was not a big deal, but I would recommend to have such things fixed. Also the cost for the poolheating felt quite steep.

Fantastic property on a great and clean complex Positive: Great villa. Plenty of space. 5 bedrooms with all en-suite or separate bathroom. Kitchen area was great with a big fridge/freezer and cooker. Beds all made up with lots of towels. Pool area was great and pool towels available. Massive washer and dryer so those needing to do some laundry. Was really clean when we arrived. The check in process with the agent and at the gatehouse to the complex was very smooth. All was great. We left behind my husband's wallet and as soon as we discovered this, we went into the booking.com app to send a message to the letting agent and we found a message from them advising us that they had found it. By this time we were on a cruise but we kept in touch and arranged to pick it up when we came back to Orlando after the cruise. All worked well. So a big thanks to the housekeeping team for reporting it to us so quickly and to the maintenance team for being available to us to pick it up. Negative: There were villas all around us so little privacy when outside in the pool. Could get noisy at night too with guests in other villas not respecting the 10pm noise curfew. The pool on the complex was very busy and really noisy. Some families just don't want to ensure their kids are behaving appropriately. We stayed an hour and then came back to the villa pool.
