Would have been decent BUT THIS HOME NEEDS A DEEP CLEANING ASAP.
Positive: The location was perfect
Negative: The house was NASTY. The home needs a VERY deep cleaning & a some reconstruction. When you walk into the home you’ll think oh this beautiful but as you walk around you’ll see the nastiness everywhere. The walls needs cleaning and paint. Other people hair everywhere. Food on the floor.

2 days before vacation. You claimed our stay was not paid. Difficult getting in touch with someone.
We flew in to Orlando not knowing if we had a stay because it was difficult getting in touch with someone. You claimed it was not paid 2 days prior. We had last minute check in, last minute door code. We couldn't adjust the air to a desired temperature, the TV were stuck on one channel and couldn't be changed. Communication should be better when booking this stay, not one to talk to only email and you respond when you felt like it. JUST HORRIBLE
