Renovated Villa|Private Pool·Game Room·Disney·8

The property (hosted by Tina with Sweet Vacations Rentals LLC) was so bad for me that I did not stay there at all. I ended up renting a hotel room for the night until I could find other accommodations. I also had to put down a 500.00 refundable deposit in case of damages. The furniture in the main bedroom had chipped paint and the bed spread had a big stain on it. The bedrooms were a lot smaller than they looked on the advertisement. We couldn't get in the front door when we first arrived because the code didn't work so we had to call and wait around until someone got back to us. The internet did not work. The kitchen had ants and other bugs crawling around on the walls and on the floor. The kitchen chairs were so stained and dirty that we didn't sit on them. The upstairs toilet leaked water onto the floor when I flushed it. I called customer service to get a refund or another place to stay, but customer service was completely unaccommodating. They kept me on the phone for 1 1/2hours just to tell me that they couldn't do anything and that it was up to the homeowner to come over and fix everything and that we needed to pause our vacation to accommodate the homeowner. I could not get a refund or satisfactory accommodations. I was there about two hours then I left and never stayed the full 9 days that I booked. Hopefully I will get my deposit back because I didn't stay long enough to damage anything.
