Grand 12-Guest Villa • Pool + Resort Clubhouse • Disney Area

We stayed for 2 nights to accommodate our Magic Kingdom trip. The location was good and relatively close to the park. There is only room for one vehicle in the driveway, forcing the other two vehicles to find parking elsewhere. The bedrooms were very nice,we appreciated the number of bathrooms available. There were issues with water leaking from the fridge/freezer, all over the kitchen floor when we arrived at 4PM, which we had to clean up. The response we received was less than ideal-no one came until the next day at which point the problem seemed to have resolved itself. The temps when we arrived in the Freezer was 40 and in the fridge was 63! We are guessing that the cleaning crew before we arrived failed to empty the ice maker & the host has the appliances on a timer set for 4PM. We were unable to confidently use either and therefore were forced to go out to eat for all of our meals. We had paid for 4 days of heating the pool (the min requirement) even though we were only there for 2. The pool was heated to scalding "Hot Tub" temps so the kids could not use it. This is something we also asked about when we let them know about the leak, but they never replied. We did however get a reply the next day when we asked again if the temp could be reduced, they said yes they could do that. When we returned that evening from a full day at Magic Kingdom, the water temp was still scalding. We did not want a hot tub, just a heated pool, so that was disappointing as well.
