Clean house near to everything 100% recommend . Positive: Clean near to everything. Negative: Charge for towels that we didn’t stained the cleaning lady was already at the property at 930 we were rushing to get out.

Dirty house Positive: The pool and the space Negative: It was dirty, trash under beds, the grill wasnt working, the floors had my feet black. It was a nasty place to live.

Was very uncomfortable because of the house being unclean. Worst trip and stay I ever had in Orlando. The only good thin Positive: The people at the gate was welcoming and the clubhouse. Negative: Let me begin they require a deposit of 500 and they say that you will get it back once they have inspected. When we arrived the towels had hair on them and they were dirty. When you wash them you can’t use bleach because it’s a note on the washer that says no bleach. The master bedroom bathroom had stains in the shower and didn’t seem to be clean. There was a used shampoo bottle in the window seal in the shower. We had to go buy our own towels from Walmart. I even washed them before we left,folded them and put them away. So when time to get my deposit back now they say that we have stained 140.00 worth of towels. They were already stained. The pool had dirt in it a few dishes to cook with not many. A horrible stay. I strongly suggest not booking this house. Scam if you do take pictures as soon as you enter the property so you can have a leg to stand on . Not booking a house in Orlando on this website again.

Our family of 13 with toddlers had a horrible experience. Reasons being: 1. Checked in at 4pm to a dirty house. Towels on floors, used beds, garbages full. Crumbs and stains all over surfaces and floors. Wasted time contacting and sending proof before cleaners came. After a full day of travel, coming to a dirty house and not able to use it for 3.5hrs is horrible especially with little children. 2. Listing says bbq available. After paying in full, they said there’s no bbq but still charged the extra bbq cleaning fee! Had to go rent my own with 3rd party rental, no compensation. 3. Paid extra for daily pool heating for the week, but pool wasn’t heated. Had to call again. 2 days of no heat, the pool guy didn’t show up until next day so had to wait for water to heat up.4. No extra toilet paper or dish soap, dish pods, since cleaners rushed and didn’t leave any new supplies. Had to go out and buy all our own. Rental didn’t state we had to provide these ourselves. All in all, customer service was very poor. Aside from an apology, “so sorry”, we didn’t receive any compensation for time lost and inconveniences. So much time was wasted, messaging and calling, back and forth to resolve issues. We just wanted to relax and enjoy our time. Would not recommend rent somewhere else.
