Luxurious 6-Bedroom Resort Amenities near Disney

There was feces on wall and floor board in child bedroom, mold forming at baseboards, spa in pool non functional, screen door to pool broken, owner threatening us with fines with inquiring about parking at community pool house with conditions of house as i listed. Owner never sent information regarding necessary steps to assure proper parking at house and community pool house which resulted in people not being allowed in. Owner also sent threatening texts accusing us of parking inproperly when we never had and me advising her she must be texting the wrong person. We ended up leaving a day early due to all of this. This was the most disgusting inhumane rental i have experienced. I have rented a lot through here and this was god awful. This rental needs to be taken off vrbo.

Average; bed linen wasn't clean (hair and dingy bedsheets), no batteries for the basketball game shoot, poor front lighting, missing venetian blind panels in the kitchen, poor bed mattresses and no hot water on our last day and a half 36 hrs.

Overall Exceptional Experience, Love the Location and all the extra decorations for the Kids rooms. Positive: Property was very nice, Rooms were plentiful and very close to all the Disney Parks, closest being Animal Kingdom. There are 3 Double/King beds and then 3 rooms with "bunk" twin beds. The kids loved it esp the princess room. The garage is a very nice game room for kids. Had private Pool with Hot tub, We did not use the hot tub since the "heated" part was an additional 45 dollar cost per day, same with the grill that was available. but the kids used the pool on our "park" off day. Easy to park two cars at the property and then an additional one at a near by club house, so if you have several families like we did it works out very good. Walmart is near by as well as a Publix that delivered to the house both within 2-3 miles. Lots of cooking utensils, rice cooker, microwave and stove. Plenty of Bathrooms. There is a Coffee pot, but it is only for 4 cups, much like in room coffee pots in hotel rooms. The owners are very responsive and answer questions quickly. Negative: I kind of hate to say but didn't really like the whole check in process totally (really different from other houses/condos rented), you have to fill out a docusign document, that we had a lot of trouble with before you get the code to enter the door. Also there was a lot of language regarding damages and lost items, including sheets, towels (not that many) kitchen items (charged for missing) and there were a lot and no way to know what they already had and then they wanted you to send pictures of damages within 24 hours of check in, which I get, they have put alot of effort into the space, but there was several things already wrong, nothing major of course, Place was really nice but for for those of us who have OCD and a rule follower, a little anxiety causing-I think they should acknowledge what is already wrong i.e paint missing under electric box, no utensil container for dishwasher and just have you add additional things if you find them on check in. I think if I would have known all that upfront, It might not have caused me anxiety, so take what I say with a grain of salt.. it really is a great place.
