Great house needs TLC
The house was amazing everything was beautiful some things that needed taking care of by the property manager we've stayed in those houses over 10 times in the pass years never have we ever had rooms without tv in them that was a deal breaker dresser draw missing out of the dresser was tacky and the steps to go up stairs where cracked all the way up i let them know so i wouldnt be responsible they were very nice about everything just i think for the price some TLC was needed but i would stay agsin for the right price

I would love to stay again in the future it was the most relaxing trip Iβve had in a while

No deposit refund or toilet paper
The property was ok overall my major complain is they didnβt not had enough supplies. Once the toilet paper was used they would mot replace it, they also didnβt have any soap
In the laundry.
Is for 14 guest but you can only park 3 cars in the property I think thatβs important to know. Finally ! Itβs being a month and my additional security deposit that the host charge was never refunded as stated by the host.

Falsely Accused
The location of the property is very close to Disney. However, the check in w/security @ the gate had no record of me or my family. So we waited for 20 minutes w/my Lyft driver trying to reach property manager to sort this out. I had another family member drive her car and was the only registered driver to park at the house. We use Lyft service to and from our destinations on this trip. On check out day, i received an email from the property manager and accused me of a parking violation and sent me a photo of 3 vehicles in a driveway that i never seen before (none of them were from my party because we only had one registered car). I reached out to the property manager and explained to her that we had one car and sent her a pix of our one vehicle. They wanted me to pay $100 for the parking violation that the security falsely accused me of. Do yourself a favor and take a photo of your vehicles in the driveway to protect yourself.

Big house close to Disney but several service issues
This is a big house in the Windsor Hills neighborhood, which has a great pool. The house is very close to Disney (~15 minutes in the morning) and was clean and had lots of bedrooms. The house is not stocked at all. The kitchen lacked any food items at all (even things like salt, pepper, and oil). We were given a single roll of paper towel, each of the bathrooms had only one roll of toilet paper, and we were given a limited number of trash bags. We would have been happy to pay slightly more to have these items stocked rather than to have to buy large quantities that we wouldn't use. There was no laundry detergent or dish soap. There are also no pool towels and it seemed that the community pool is bring your own towels.
We had paid for pool heat, but the pool was never heated. The owner and property manager were prompt in responding to our messages about the pool, but after two days the pool was still not heated and we asked for a refund, which they provided.
After booking but before arriving, we extended the rental for one day and paid for it in advance. However, the door code automatically expired 24 hours early. Fortunately, someone in our party was in the house because the owner/property manager were unable to get us a new working door code.
Overall, the house was big, clean, and close to Disney for a very reasonable price, but the issues above made for a challenging experience.
